Some customers may encounter noise when using a 24V DC motor,which can affect the operator's emotions and the effectiveness of the product.So,how should we deal with this phenomenon.
1.The geometric accuracy adjustment of motor components is due to the installation accuracy not meeting the standard requirements,which leads to resonance of motor components and generates noise.Therefore,we should improve the installation process and add fixtures.
2.The components of the DC motor may become loose.During installation,due to the looseness of individual components(such as bearing pre tensioning mechanism,shaft positioning mechanism,etc.),the system positioning is inaccurate,abnormal position meshing,shaft movement,vibration and noise are generated.This series of problems need to be identified from the design structure to ensure stable connection of various mechanisms,and multiple connection methods should be adopted.
3.Damaged transmission components,caused by improper operation during installation,resulting in inaccurate or unstable system movement;High speed moving parts cause oil film vibration due to damage;Human induced dynamic imbalance of moving parts;Both generate vibration and noise,which should be taken into consideration and avoided as much as possible during the installation process.Damaged parts that cannot be repaired should be replaced immediately to ensure that the system achieves a stable noise level.
